Through our early adoption of building information
modelling (BIM), we have developed a keen awareness of its
significance in terms of integrated project delivery, savings in
time, cost and resources and the potential benefits for long-term
asset management. It is also clear to us that the effective use of
BIM requires unprecedented supply chain collaboration.
We believe that sharing ideas with key project partners, at both
strategic and practitioner level, will help all of us to manage the
risks and interfaces more effectively and, ultimately, deliver more
from less.
