Andy is both a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Chartered Arbitrator with excellent leadership, management and communication skills. As Managing Director, Andy has ultimate responsibility for the performance and strategic development of commercial management and quantity surveying across all sectors and geographic regions. Particular expertise includes the delivery of commercial management services on major programmes of work in the buildings and transportation sectors. |

| Alasdair Thompson - Development Director Alasdair Thompson joined Franklin + Andrews in 1994 and was appointed Development Director in 2009. Alasdair is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with board level responsibility for both business development and strategic development, having successfully managed and grown local offices and regional hubs. Specific expertise includes the public sector and delivery of major programmes of work across both a local and national basis. In addition extensive experience in both the nuclear and water sectors having managed and successfully delivered large framework contracts. |

| Bob Skupski - Commercial Director Bob Skupski first joined Franklin + Andrews in 1988, and after his role as North Regional Managing Director, was appointed as Commercial Director in 2006. Bob is responsible for the commercial management and good practice for Franklin + Andrews, including improving the quality and financial management of the unit’s service provision, developing and implementing training plans and awareness campaigns resulting in better recognition of our values and improving the business culture. Bob is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, technically experienced in all aspects of quantity surveying and construction economics in connection with building, water, rail, oil and gas and industrial works. |

| Andy Mountain - South Regional Managing Director Andy Mountain first joined Franklin + Andrews in 1984. He was appointed to the Executive Board in 2008 as Regional Managing Director, leading Franklin + Andrews business in the South of England comprising Norwich, London, Reading, Croydon, Cardiff and Exeter. Leading a staff complement of over 200 professionals spread across aviation, rail, nuclear and buildings sectors with specialist units in Economic Research and Contracts and Business Advisory Services. Andy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has over 30 years construction industry experience with major project/programme experience in the rail and petrochemical industries, both in the UK and overseas. |

| Mark Gudgeon - North Regional Managing Director Mark Gudgeon first joined Franklin + Andrews in 1989, being appointed to the Executive Board as Regional Managing Director in 2006. Mark is responsible for the North region of Franklin + Andrews comprising Chester, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Scandinavian offices, together with related sites. Specific responsibilities include development and the operational delivery of all work in the region. Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with broad experience gained in all aspects of quantity surveying, cost engineering, estimating and risk management and commercial aspects of construction. |
