Graduate programme

Our annual graduate training weekends are designed to encourage working as a team in delivering solutions We have a graduate/school leaver programme and employ approx 20 graduates and school leavers each year. At Franklin + Andrews we want to help you develop your own particular professional skills, working with you to realise where your true talents lie.

We have a well established mentoring system, which means there is always someone there for you when you need support and guidance in working towards your professioal qualification. You will always have the support and encouragement of a senior colleague who will take a close interest in your development, helping and guiding you to make the most of your opportunities

As a graduate at Franklin + Andrews you will join others across a wide spectrum of disciplines and as you work towards your professional qualification your activities will vary. You may be asked to concentrate on one small element of an individual scheme, then move towards handling several jobs all at the same time.

And you could find yourself working alongside staff who are international experts in their field. The aim is for you to build a solid foundation to your technical expertise so you can branch into different fields and markets if you want to.

No matter which area you choose, your professional development is as much down to you as us. You take accountability and responsibility for it and we prove the support mechanisims. This way we believe you reach professional maturity faster and benefit more. So if you play your part with enthusiasm and commitment then so will we support you every step of the way.
