We have a well established mentoring system, which means there is always someone there for you when you need support and guidance in working towards your professional qualification. You will always have the support and encouragement of a senior colleague who will take a close interest in your development, helping and guiding you to make the most of your opportunities.

As a graduate at Franklin + Andrews you will join others across a wide spectrum of disciplines and as you work towards your professional qualification your activities will vary. You may be asked to concentrate on one small element of an individual scheme, then move towards handling several jobs all at the same time.
