Franklin + Andrews, Mott MacDonald’s specialist construction
economics business, has appointed Steven Whitton as Projects
Director in the company’s team in Glasgow, where he will help to
develop the consultancy’s public sector work with a particular
focus on Scotland.
Steven joins Franklin + Andrews from consultancy Gleeds, where he
was a Partner and business unit manager, having been with the
company since 1998.
As part of his new role at the company, Steven will focus on
projects awarded through the OGC Buying Solutions Project
Management and Full Design Team Services Framework, which Franklin
+ Andrews was appointed to in 2009, as well as the consultancy’s
existing work in the PFI health and education sectors in
Scotland.
