of levels of detail including traditional bills of quantities unit
rates (values shown for labour, plant and materials), elemental
costs per m2 of gross floor area, benchmark costs for a range of
building types, whole life cost studies and international location
factors.
The book has separate sections for small works (in trade order
format) and major works complying with SMM7. It is ideally suited
for use with commercial and residential new build, repair and
alteration works.
The CD-ROM includes all the unit rates cost information from the
Hutchins UK Building Cost Price Book. The fully interactive CD-ROM
allows the user to manipulate the price information, input
quantities and prepare and print-out estimates
