Franklin + Andrews has many years of experience on commercial office developments including new building, fit-out and refurbishment, working alongside developers, financiers and end-users.

Through our experience of working with many international clients we recognise that financial feasibility needs to be balanced with quality and also compliance with environmental and programme requirements.

Using our range of specialist economic services we can help you make strategic decisions with confidence. Our services cover the whole project lifecycle, starting at the decision point for capital investment and continuing through to the full financial costing of the life of the building.

Using our in-house industry pioneering model and datasets we are able to offer you advice based on the environmental performance of specification and design alternatives. Using a detailed scheme design, we provide an analysis of the construction, long term operation, maintenance and decommissioning costs, and the amount of embedded and emitted carbon associated with all of these activities.

Franklin + Andrews have fully resourced price databases for capital and life-cycle activities linked with embodied energy that allow our clients to optimise designs that account for both financial and environmental performance.

We also offer economic insights that link directly into our construction cost databases, allowing a more accurate inflation forecast to be calculated that aligns to the specific cost drivers of your project.

For more information on our whole life costing and carbon footprinting services please download our Economic Research Unit flyer.
