Due diligence

Franklin + Andrews understand that the need to validate construction cost is an important part of any due diligence/audit process. We are able to carry out evaluations of the contract conditions and advise of any risks or weaknesses inherent within them.

Similarly the range and extent of work undertaken by our business allows us to check the accuracy of cost plans at any stage in the process. Verification of the authenticity of tender submissions can also be undertaken as well as ongoing monitoring of valuations and a review of a completed final account.

We have experience of this work from selective audit right through to forensic examination and are able to advise clients on the appropriate level of activity such that their investment will provide them with assurance appropriate to their involvement in the project.
