The need to communicate clearly to all members of the client's
team is fully understood and the responsibility to co-ordinate them
on behalf of the client is properly recognised, and we frequently
take on the role of employer's agent, employer's representative and
contract administrator.
Our approach is inclusive and encourages collective ownership of
any issues. Support is provided where appropriate although
ultimately we recognise that the need to ensure that the client's
objectives are met is paramount and that all the team must honour
their commitments in that regard.
Where appropriate we have access to our Project Management sister
company, who have a team of dedicated project managers and are able
to add their expertise to any particular situation.
