The need to communicate clearly to all members of the customer's
team is fully understood and the responsibility to co-ordinate them
on behalf of the customer is properly recognised, and we frequently
take on the role of employers agent, employers representative and
contract administrator.

Our approach is inclusive and encourages collective
ownership of any issues. Support is provided where appropriate
although ultimately we recognise that the need to ensure that the
customer's objectives are met is paramount and that all the team
must honour their commitments in that regard.
