Whole life costing analysis

We understand that the capital cost of construction is part of a bigger equation of the whole life cost of a building. Whether it is for owners/occupiers or developers, the need to understand the whole life costs of any design solution is important.

For owners we work with the design team to create solutions to help reduce the operating costs over time and enhance the asset value for the balance sheet.

Similarly for developers, a building which can demonstrate the whole life costs are better than the industry benchmarks, should benefit from a fast let and/or a higher rental/commercial value.

We have experience of modelling the cost of components based on their design life which allows clients to identify an appropriate level of ongoing maintenance funding.
